Advertiser Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to businesses (“Advertisers” or “You”) purchasing a premium listing or submitting their info for a free listing on HuntGuidePro.com (“Website,” “We,” “Us”). By submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Payments & Renewals (Applies Only to Paid Plans)
- Paid / boosted plans require payment in advance.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- All payments are non-refundable once charged.
2. Listing Rules
- You must provide accurate and lawful information about your services.
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies.
- No misleading claims, illegal activities, or offensive content are allowed.
3. No Guarantees
- Purchasing a listing or signing up for a free listing does not guarantee leads, bookings, or traffic.
- We do not endorse or verify any advertiser’s services. Users contact you at their own risk.
4. Cancellation & Termination
- You can cancel at any time, but payments are not refunded after billing.
- We may remove a listing without refund if it violates these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We make no guarantees regarding uptime, traffic, or performance.
- We are not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers.
- We may update or modify the Website at any time, including removing or changing features.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Arkansas.
7. Updates to These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website means you accept the changes.
