This is a unique hunt on private land where hunts are conducted out of 4x4 trucks, making it feasible for elderly folks or difficulty walking. We have been operating out of our Candy Dan Camp for over 25 years. Constructed on the private ranch we hunt, located some 65 miles south of Great Falls. Our base camp consists of a newly constructed cook house built in 2013, equipped with a full kitchen, buffet table, couches, hot and cold water, and a custom dining table for up to 12 hunters, three cabins for sleeping quarters for the hunters, a sauna house, and sleeping quarters for the guides. Camp is equipped with propane heat, electricity in all cabins, electricity, full shower/sauna, and WIFI! Our antelope hunts are conducted in the month of October on our private leases. The antelope herds are healthy and growing. Trophy bucks in our area average 13-14″ with 15″ a possibility. Antelope hunts are done in the traditional spot and stalk. This hunt is great for kids and families as there is usually lots of action, spotting, stalking, shooting. Come and enjoy a great hunt, view mule deer, whitetail, and elk. Antelope can also be added to our elk hunts we offer in November. Antelope licenses in the state of Montana are on a draw basis; the deadline to apply is June 1.
