Purebred Mouflon sheep are considered the most highly prized game mammal on the Hawaiian islands, and the island of Lana’i has some of the only free-range Mouflon hunting that exists in the U.S. The Mouflon here are found in pockets of rugged terrain at higher elevations, where their rough coat provides amazing camouflage against the red dirt and lava rock. All hunting packages include an experienced guide, all necessary permits, and field dressing.
